Maternity Clothes

Well I am now over 16 weeks and things are starting to change a little. I am feeling better and it seems my belly is growing by the day. My jeans are comfortable to wear when standing up, but when I sit down they are digging into my belly and well it's just plain annoying. It's time for maternity clothes! My mom and sister came up this weekend to do a little shopping for the nursery and to get me some new clothes. They were quite shocked to see the difference in just a couple of weeks of how much I am changing. I didn't want to pay a ton of money so I got a lot of stuff off the sales rack and should be good to go for a while. I do have to admit though the full wasted maternity pants are pretty much my new favorite thing. I might wear them forever. haha. Here are some new belly pics.

15 vs. 30

So tonight I finally got out of the house and went to Mo's for dinner and a movie. We were eating for five!!! We decided tonight was a good night for some pics of the two of us, first of all b/c we don't have many pictures together and second of all, b/c we are both pregnant. She is 30 weeks and I am 15. She only has one in there so I can't imagine what in the world I am going to be looking like at 30 weeks with two.

After fooling with the camera for 15 minutes we finally figured out how to use the self-timer to get a few pics. Although I have always said I will never put a pic of my bare belly on the internet, I don't know I'm a freak, this picture just can't not be blogged about.






After previewing our picture I said what in the world is that. It looks as if I have a man part growing from me. We laughed and laughed and laughed and then tried another picture and had the same results. Someone's finger was in the way, which we still aren't sure whose it was. We then decided to take a pic with our hands behind our back as to not make the mistake for the 3rd time. Looks like a mug shot.

So here we are 2 hot mama's on a Saturday night while our men are working security at a fight. It was a wonderful night and I am so glad to get out of the house and have some much needed fun and girls time.

13 weeks

Wow I have been away from here for a while. I need a laptop so I can blog while I am on my partial bedrest. Waiting for that lovely tax return:) So today I am 13 weeks along. Things haven't gone quite as planned, but God has been good and getting us through each and every day. I am allowed to go to work for a few hours then home to bed. My mom has been coming on the weekends to help Lane out and I have some wonderful friends that have brought me dinner and one is even doing my grocery shopping for me this next week. I am so lucky to have such wonderful friends in my life!!!!

Still doesn't seem real that I have twins growing inside of me, except my belly that is gradually getting bigger and bigger. I can't imagine in a few months what it will be like. I go back to the doc on Monday and will hopefully get my next ultrasound scheduled to see how the bleed in my uterus is and find out what we are having!!!!! I think I got a little baby bump going on, anyone else or am I just crazy?!?!?!
