So tomorrow is my first day back to work since April. I hope I remember what in the world I am doing. Since my time off our office has moved to a new location and everything has changed. I am a little nervous about that.
Then there is the fact that I have to take my babies to daycare:( I have pretty much been with them 24/7 for the last 9 weeks and I can't imagine leaving them. I have just cried all day. I know it will get easier but still.
Can you imagine leaving these cute little faces?????

Wow it's been a long time!!
So the last 6 weeks have been the craziest and best 6 weeks of my life. These little boys are quite the work, but worth every minute of it. I can't believe they are 6 weeks old already, which means I have to go back to work in 2 weeks..wahhhhhh. Still not happy about that, but what are you gonna do when you have a ridiculous amount of student loans that need payed off. One of these days. So here are a few pics of the boys and I promise to try and start blogging again.

38th and final week
Well this is it my friends. Tomorrow we will be a family of 4. I had my last visit to the OB this past Thursday and we've decided that we will try this the old fashioned way, no c-section for now. I am totally freaked out either way, but I know the recovery will be much easier if I don't have to go through surgery. My belly is measuring 47 weeks and it is 51 inches around(now that's a big ole belly).
As I am sitting here I am just thinking wow not one but two, yes TWO babies are going to be coming out. I mean I don't know what is worse, birthing a 10 pound baby or having to give birth to two. I will have to have an epidural for sure, just in case of any complications and I will be delivering in the operating room as well.
So tomorrow morning I will go in at 5 a.m. and doc will break my water and start running the drugs. The quicker the better to get this over with is what I am thinking. All along we have planned for a c-section so now I am just trying to wrap my non functioning brain at this point around all of this. So please keep us in your thoughts and prayers that everything will go well and that the outcome will be 2 healthy baby boys.

Blueberry Picking
Every year I enjoy going to pick blueberries. I usually go with one of my girlfriends, but this year Lane and I went together since we both had the day off. I thought maybe this would send me into labor, but no such luck. After about an hour I was hot and hungry so we called it quits. Here is what a 9 month prego looks like trying to pick berries. I did thank Lane after he made me bring a 5 gallon bucket to sit on, luckily it held me up:)

36 weeks
Well actually it's 35 weeks and 6 days, but I am gonna round up. Just got back from my weekly doctor visit and got some good news. I am 1 cm dilated and 50% efaced. Both babies are now head down and I also got to stop taking the medicine that was causing me not to have contractions. Now come on babies!!! The most I will have is 16 days so I won't complain to much, but I am more than ready for them to come out!!!! Here are a couple pics of me as well as the nursery.

Little Porkers
This past Thursday I went for my weekly doc appointment to check on the boys and they did another growth ultrasound to make sure first they are growing properly and about the same rate. I am always afraid one is stealing more from the other, but nope they are not. A little under 4 weeks ago both boys weighed almost 4 pounds which I was super happy about, so I was hoping they were close to 5 this time.
Well, they are fattening up quite nicely. Aidan was 5lbs 14oz and Ethan was 6lbs 2oz and I was like wow for almost 34 weeks that is awesome. They are in the 90th percentile for weight. No wonder I have been in such pain the last few weeks. That is a whole lotta weight in my belly. I guess I make a pretty good incubator:) Still can't get any pics of them, b/c they are getting very cramped. I go back again next week for a non stress test and we'll see what we find out then. One can only hope they will move up my c-section date from Aug. 2nd!!!
